Broke Screen Completely OFF I am truly grateful to Computer-Help! I managed to break the screen off my brand new laptop and after much self flagellation, took it to Computer-Help as I liked the phone demeanor of the person who initially took my call (Dave). Sunday NETBOOK Rescue My Netbook got 2 virus infections in a row and the last time my anti-virus just stopped working. Mr. McCarn was able to get rid of the damage and leftover virus. He also put on new and better security software. My Netbook now works great, and I lost no music or pictures (I lost no data at all!) It turns out my Netbook is still worth quite a bit of money, and much better than the new lower priced ones advertized everywhere. Cured My Sick Laptop! Dave McCarn at Computer Help took my uncooperative laptop and made it all better in no time! I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a new one; but with his expertise, Dave was able to fix the problems and get me back in business. This company is prompt, economical, and very professional!
Replaced Laptop Fan They put a new fan in my laptop. Best price in town: with labor it was under $100. They cleaned the thing up so it looks like brand new. It even seems to be running faster. This place gave me a great deal. They got my laptop back to me real fast too. My laptop got a new fan, & I am a new fan of this company!
NO MORE PRINTER PROBLEMS Davis solved all our work, home, & remote printer problems. One by one all our printers stopped working; so I called Davis . Having literally spent almost 3-hours on the phone with RR tech support, we had Davis come over last night. He repaired 1 printer; synchronized 2 printers for everyone to use remotely; linked in 4 Android phones & fixed my son's iTunes problems. He is one smart dude, & can repair everything. Now all our stuff is working flawlessly. Thanks for everything!
Repaired BROKEN HINGE & CASE Just left this place where they fixed my broken hinge & case. The left hinge broke out of my laptop, & a plastic piece of the case broke loose too. I searched around & found out Dave (owner)could sometimes fix broken hinges. He told me to bring in my broken laptop, to see if he could repair it. Three hours later I got a call saying I could pick up my laptop after 8:00 the next morning. It turns out both hinges were broken, but Dave anchored them back in. iPad + Markers = Computer-Help My 3-year old COLORED on my iPad with dry erase MARKERS; but they did not erase. I was afraid to try & clean it with stuff that would melt the surface, & also was worried about scratching the screen & pressing too hard. They took the thing apart & cleaned my screen. Fixed My Bathtub Phone! I dropped my NEW Motorola Droid Razr Maxx phone in the bathtub. Looking on the web for help, I found Computer Help. Using my Moms phone, I called & they told me to pull out the battery immediately, & bring it to them. 2 days later they called Mom to say my phone was working just fine; and was ready for pick up. It cost me $48; but since my phone costs four times that, I was happy. Everything on my phone is working fine like before. If you have a WET smartphone; then call this company.
Saved Pushed In Power Plug My notebook was acting odd, so trying to make sure my power plug was in ok, I pushed the plug all the way in. With it still on, I could hear it rattling around inside. Guess I shorted something out, because my notebook died. I called around & this place at least gave me hope. Dropped it off & the next morning they called with the estimate.
