Repaired BROKEN HINGE & CASE Just left this place where they fixed my broken hinge & case. The left hinge broke out of my laptop, & a plastic piece of the case broke loose too. I searched around & found out Dave (owner)could sometimes fix broken hinges. He told me to bring in my broken laptop, to see if he could repair it. Three hours later I got a call saying I could pick up my laptop after 8:00 the next morning. It turns out both hinges were broken, but Dave anchored them back in. New Replacment LCD For My Notebook The screen on my Notebook suddenly went black. I searched Charlotte Computer Repair and this place came up. I took my computer in, and Davis replaced the screen. Now the computer is humming again. By the way, I would also recommend TALKING to him BEFORE you buy any laptop. He has seen it all and knows the ins and outs of every brand. They are very friendly and helpful overall. Thank you! You guys get 5 stars!
Fireman DISCOUNT; ETHICAL Business M UltraBook got wedged under my suv seat, & began making a strange clicking sound. Since this place gives FIREMAN a DISCOUNT, I took it in to them. Turns out the fan was just clogged up with a bit of under-seat dirt; but the hard drive was fine. Davis blew it out while I waited, & did NOT CHARGE me a penny! With this one gesture, Davis has absolutely earned all my future business! (We have 6 computers in my family.) What a decent guy to know; I HIGHLY RECCOMMED this place!!
BEST SHOP IN THE AREA A truly EXCEPTIONAL company, with a FAST RESPONSE to my service request. Davis did a great job of ascertaining the problem and explaining to me so I understood what was going on. I was skeptical if the problem could be solved so fast, but it was! I will be recommending the company and using them again. I highly recommend that you do the same. By far the BEST SHOP IN THE AREA.
NO MORE PRINTER PROBLEMS Davis solved all our work, home, & remote printer problems. One by one all our printers stopped working; so I called Davis . Having literally spent almost 3-hours on the phone with RR tech support, we had Davis come over last night. He repaired 1 printer; synchronized 2 printers for everyone to use remotely; linked in 4 Android phones & fixed my son's iTunes problems. He is one smart dude, & can repair everything. Now all our stuff is working flawlessly. Thanks for everything!
Broke Screen Completely OFF I am truly grateful to Computer-Help! I managed to break the screen off my brand new laptop and after much self flagellation, took it to Computer-Help as I liked the phone demeanor of the person who initially took my call (Dave). A+ & a TEACHERS DISCOUNT, too!!! THIS PLACE ROCKS! Dave is a genuinely nice guy and very smart business owner! He is fast, friendly, and clear. Dave fixed my iPad so I did not have to buy a new one! As an added bonus, Dave also gives TEACHERS a DISCOUNT (Which I am very happy about!) For all of this, Dave gets an A+++ from me.
iPad + Markers = Computer-Help My 3-year old COLORED on my iPad with dry erase MARKERS; but they did not erase. I was afraid to try & clean it with stuff that would melt the surface, & also was worried about scratching the screen & pressing too hard. They took the thing apart & cleaned my screen. Memorial Day Repair VICTORY! Cracked my notebook screen at the race on Memorial Day. Since the screen had no display, I could not even put my files on a memory-stick. Feeling sick, I called around to see if anyone could help. Around 5:00pm, I talked with owner Davis McCarn. He felt sure my computer was salvageable and all my files would be just fine.
