Lower Price Than Other Places They were straight forward, the price was way lower than other places, and they made a good recommendation that increased the lifespan of my computer. I definitely recommend them!

Non-Retracting Camera Repair I took my Canon S90 camera to Dave after it was dropped with the lens extended. It was all crooked & wouldn't retract. Crossing fingers it was repairable, Dave said he would call after checking it out. Next day Dave quoted me $40; & 3 days later I picked it up with the repair guaranteed for 30 days. The camera is working well like before. It's been 6 months & we've had no problems with it. Good service, good price. I'll be going back here from now on for all my device repair needs

Sunday NETBOOK Rescue My Netbook got 2 virus infections in a row and the last time my anti-virus just stopped working. Mr. McCarn was able to get rid of the damage and leftover virus. He also put on new and better security software. My Netbook now works great, and I lost no music or pictures (I lost no data at all!) It turns out my Netbook is still worth quite a bit of money, and much better than the new lower priced ones advertized everywhere. Saved Our Server!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When our server crashed five years ago, we thought it was the end; & of course we had no recent backup! Computer-Help.net was able to perform data recovery & upgrade our server. We were extremely pleased; & continue to use Computer-Help.net for ALL our computer needs. Cured My Sick Laptop! Dave McCarn at Computer Help took my uncooperative laptop and made it all better in no time! I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a new one; but with his expertise, Dave was able to fix the problems and get me back in business. Hard Drive Replaced & Police Discount No long story to tell other than something caused my laptop hard drive to go crazy, & I could not get into Windows after I ran Chkdsk. I called around & found Dave at Computer Help. He was friendly, courteous, informative, & QUICK! I dropped off my laptop while at lunch on Tuesday & picked up my repaired computer while at lunch on Wednesday. My machine now runs better than it did before, & I still have all of my personal files, music, photos, etc. This was all in all an excellent experie... read more
