FAST DATA RECOVERY; IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The company laptop was damaged while boarding a plane in Chicago. Needed the data for a presentation in Charlotte & found Davis on my iPad. Awsome Repair & Upgrade Bravo! Dave did an awesome job of resurrecting my HP laptop from the ash heaps of history. The motherboard was fried, and he found the right replacement motherboard online and installed it and upgraded the processor for an amazingly REASONABLE PRICE. He also helped out by tightening the hinges and making a few other minor improvements, gratis. In the end, for less than the price of a new laptop, I have a great computer. Hard Drive Replaced & Police Discount No long story to tell other than something caused my laptop hard drive to go crazy, & I could not get into Windows after I ran Chkdsk. I called around & found Dave at Computer Help. He was friendly, courteous, informative, & QUICK! I dropped off my laptop while at lunch on Tuesday & picked up my repaired computer while at lunch on Wednesday. Replaced Laptop Fan They put a new fan in my laptop. Best price in town: with labor it was under $100. They cleaned the thing up so it looks like brand new. It even seems to be running faster. This place gave me a great deal. They got my laptop back to me real fast too. My laptop got a new fan, & I am a new fan of this company!
Saved Pushed In Power Plug My notebook was acting odd, so trying to make sure my power plug was in ok, I pushed the plug all the way in. With it still on, I could hear it rattling around inside. Guess I shorted something out, because my notebook died. I called around & this place at least gave me hope. Dropped it off & the next morning they called with the estimate. This place can fix anything!!! I have taken computers here for repair since college, and should have left a review earlier. Each time the computers have come back in much better shape than they were to begin with. For the outstanding work this business does, the prices are very reasonable. Computer-Help will perform much better work than the big chain stores for only a fraction of the cost. I recommend this business if you're computer is having any trouble. (Davis also keeps my phone & printers running smoothly!)
Fixed My Bathtub Phone! I dropped my NEW Motorola Droid Razr Maxx phone in the bathtub. Looking on the web for help, I found Computer Help. Using my Moms phone, I called & they told me to pull out the battery immediately, & bring it to them. 2 days later they called Mom to say my phone was working just fine; and was ready for pick up. It cost me $48; but since my phone costs four times that, I was happy. Everything on my phone is working fine like before. If you have a WET smartphone; then call this company.
Police/Fire/Teacher DISCOUNTS My new iPad 2 was destroyed by a leaky roof, so I needed data recovery. I called this place because they give Police/Fire/Teacher DISCOUNTS, & they had positive reviews. (Turns our, for a good reason.) My Apple iPad was toast, but they salvaged all my info, retrieved my data, & transferred it to a replacement iPad so I was only down 2 days. SOLUTION OVER THE PHONE IN SECONDS!! I first called my internet service, who than connected me to Dell who told me to fix my problem its going to cost over $100 dollars. OMG!!! INSANITY!! I immediately called Computer Help (which I should have done in the first place) and Dave literally fixed it over the phone in SECONDS!! He is a computer genius!! Thank you sooooo much!!!!
