FAST DATA RECOVERY; IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The company laptop was damaged while boarding a plane in Chicago. Needed the data for a presentation in Charlotte & found Davis on my iPad. New Replacment LCD For My Notebook The screen on my Notebook suddenly went black. I searched Charlotte Computer Repair and this place came up. I took my computer in, and Davis replaced the screen. Now the computer is humming again. By the way, I would also recommend TALKING to him BEFORE you buy any laptop. He has seen it all and knows the ins and outs of every brand. Fireman DISCOUNT; ETHICAL Business M UltraBook got wedged under my suv seat, & began making a strange clicking sound. Since this place gives FIREMAN a DISCOUNT, I took it in to them. Turns out the fan was just clogged up with a bit of under-seat dirt; but the hard drive was fine. Davis blew it out while I waited, & did NOT CHARGE me a penny! With this one gesture, Davis has absolutely earned all my future business! (We have 6 computers in my family.) What a decent guy to know; I HIGHLY RECCOMMED this place!!
Awsome Repair & Upgrade Bravo! Dave did an awesome job of resurrecting my HP laptop from the ash heaps of history. The motherboard was fried, and he found the right replacement motherboard online and installed it and upgraded the processor for an amazingly REASONABLE PRICE. He also helped out by tightening the hinges and making a few other minor improvements, gratis. In the end, for less than the price of a new laptop, I have a great computer. Saved Our Server!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When our server crashed five years ago, we thought it was the end; & of course we had no recent backup! This place can fix anything!!! I have taken computers here for repair since college, and should have left a review earlier. Each time the computers have come back in much better shape than they were to begin with. For the outstanding work this business does, the prices are very reasonable. Computer-Help will perform much better work than the big chain stores for only a fraction of the cost. I recommend this business if you're computer is having any trouble. (Davis also keeps my phone & printers running smoothly!)
Non-Retracting Camera Repair I took my Canon S90 camera to Dave after it was dropped with the lens extended. It was all crooked & wouldn't retract. Crossing fingers it was repairable, Dave said he would call after checking it out. Next day Dave quoted me $40; & 3 days later I picked it up with the repair guaranteed for 30 days. The camera is working well like before. It's been 6 months & we've had no problems with it. Good service, good price. I'll be going back here from now on for all my device repair needs
SOLUTION OVER THE PHONE IN SECONDS!! I first called my internet service, who than connected me to Dell who told me to fix my problem its going to cost over $100 dollars. OMG!!! INSANITY!! I immediately called Computer Help (which I should have done in the first place) and Dave literally fixed it over the phone in SECONDS!! He is a computer genius!! Thank you sooooo much!!!!
Lower Price Than Other Places They were straight forward, the price was way lower than other places, and they made a good recommendation that increased the lifespan of my computer. I definitely recommend them!
