I have contacted this company numerous times in regards to drug dealing from a property they own, nothing, absolutely nothing in response, they also don't care that their tennant is ignoring an abatement notice repeatedly. Awful customer service and even worse help.
I wrote them an email requesting Landlord's Certificate for two months. They never get back to me. Instead, if I am late to pay the ground rent, they will sue you and requesting additional handling fee.

Disgusting customer service and doubling ground rents. Unhelpful on phone when try to seek support and advice. Stuck with a property I can't sell and so unhelpful and rude on the phone couldn't care less
