Used Comprehensive Removals for my move from Upminster to Charlton and can’t really fault the service. They guys were very efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. Due to the efficient removal, we were waiting at the new house for a while, but the Team were very understanding. Can’t fault the service from the email exchanges with Ross, the site visit from Jason or the removal itself by John and the Team. Many thanks

What a fantastic company. We had several houses fall through, and it was never an issue, Ross, and I believe it was Morgan were always helpful. We had a pre load on Monday, and Riess and Billy were brilliant. These guys really know what they are doing. They explained everything to us, made us feel at ease, and got on with it. Even the piano was not an issue. On Tuesday, they both returned to finish off the remaining bits, and for the offload, we were met by Jack & Jim, and all four offloaded. We had several quotes and we choose Comprehensive nothing to do with price we felt they seemed to be caring about our move . We had several delays on our move date and the company did not pressure us for a deposit . Once I was able to confirm the date we paid the deposit to secure the day. Our move was around 70 miles so Comprehensive suggested a pre loading day one day before we moved .This was a great idea as the team loaded all our items except for our items which we needed over night.
