Clue's in the title, apparently(!), "complete" systems and not refurbishments. So not used and no referrals given to someone who could help.

We were looking for a bespoke feature spiral staircase for our house build and shopped online and found complete stair systems. They were competitively priced and Nick was very professional and knowledgable and supported us with required design drawings and information throughout the whole design process. A huge showroom where you can actually stand on the displays. Top quality products, really solid, and beautiful wood. Makes our house look like an interiors magazine. Nick and the team are fabulous to work with, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond.
