I’ve been renting through Complete Prime Residential Ltd and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. It’s been around two months since I first reported an issue with my balcony door, which still hasn’t been fixed. This company deserves 0 stars but unfortunately Google does not allow me to do this. My friend and I rented a flat from Complete Prime Residential for a year and decided to move on from the tenancy earlier this year as soon as we could given the poor experience we had. Worse agency I have experienced in my life. They don’t have any co ordination with their staff. Even if you try to contact to the higher level they will not allow you to reach them. So you can be harassed easily by the staff and there is no way to complain against them. Will not recommend anyone specifically for London branch
Highly variable experience - be VERY CAUTIOUS. Mixture of poor landlord (absentee) and weak / very weak property management. Some good, helpful staff but if you have a major problem (failing drainage, leaks to the downstairs apartment, inability to use any of the kitchen and sometimes the shower) then they engage very poor maintenance firms who even claim there is no problem (despite water falling through the ceiling!)... it took MONTHS to remedy but only one month of rent reduction was agreed. This is now a follow-up of the end of tenancy. Absolute garbage of a company. Despite the recurrent issues throughout the whole year and escalations to Ashley as well as the CEO, no feedback had been given and on asking if I want to continue the tenancy I had respectfully declined to which I was served a section 21 notice.
