We called Complete Landsculpture to request a quote for a medium sized landscaping makeover after completing a long and miserable hardscape project with another company. Complete Landsculpture followed up the day after i left a voice message and set up a time to come out to quote. Much to my surprise they followed up to confirm the appointment and actually showed up on time!!! We recently hired Tim ********* from Complete Landsculpture to modernize and update the landscaping in our front yard. Throughout the entire process, Tim was responsive and communicative. He listened intently to our objectives and got to know us a bit to match the design with our style and budget. The project started and ended on schedule. Best of all, our front yard looks great.

I contacted Complete Landsculpture about some extensive work in my backyard. Tim McAuliffe came out to take a look. He spent over an hour listening to my needs and concerns. After the estimate for the work came in, he spent another hour on the phone with me answering questions about the design and offered to come out on his own time to 'draw out' the plans in our yard. We didn't end up going with Complete Landsculpture due to cost, but my overall experience with Tim was very positive.

He was so flexible with schedule and really listened to what we wanted and made our vision come to life. I can't recommend him enough. We have worked with Complete Landsculpture on several occasions (i.e. Pool, landscaping, hardscape, sprinklers, etc). Each time has been a very pleasant and easy experience. I have been a customer of Complete Landsculpture for 2 years, using them for weekly maintenance, seasonal flowers & palm trimming, stone work and complete landscape renovation. Unlike other companies I have used, their crew spends a full hour on my property each week versus the usual 15 minutes by others. Everything is done per my requirements and a supervisor makes regular inspections and onsite meetings with me to confirm that expectations are met.
