Philippa was great to work with and very professional throughout the sale process. Our house (2 bed semi in Leamington Spa) was on Rightmove for 10 days before an open-house the following Saturday. A total of 9 viewings were booked for the day, which resulted in 3 offers the following week. So very happy with the speed of the initial process!
