The Letting Agent assures me that the standard of cleaning is "good". After making deposit and balance payments in good faith i.e. without an invoice, my messages are being read and ignored (see attached photographs). Once money had been exchanged, I've found dealing with Donna incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. No issues prior to that. All I've asked for is an invoice so that my financial bookkeeping is in order when it comes to submitting a tax return. You wouldn't think it was too much to ask, but here I am ... mo... read more

Donna and her team have gone above and beyond with a carpet cleaning job last week. I imagine it was their worst job ever and the commitment in getting the task done was truly impressive and appreciated, even power failure didn't stop the team completing the cleanup. communication was superb and I am happy to highly recommend them. Thank you, Donna and team 5 star,

Needed my oven cleaning at the end of tenancy. Was able to be fitted in last minute which was brilliant. Amazing job and had really nice chat through the process. Highly recommend

To even give this service one is over the top...like the review written 3 months ago not even the basic cleaning was done, stains everywhere, dust under all the furniture...7 hours @ £360 was a complete rip off, when assessed for Deep clean I was told all the things that would be cleaned by a "team", not so Donna and another woman....she has offered to come back, but quite frankly when a "professional " cleaner can't even clean a floor with a steam mop I just feel that not able to do the basics i would have no faith whatsoe... read more
