Absolutely terrible Item arrived not fit for purpose Bearing in mind they sell MOBILITY items . They don't help at all with returns . Customer ELDERLY PERSON , has to arrange to send it back . Absolute nightmare trying to arrange collection delivery . Or OH ,take it to a post office . BUY FROM AMAZON ,THEY LOOK AFTER BUYERS . DISGUSTED . Elderly , disabled , dementia customers cannot deal with this . I am struggling to get this collected . Awful company . NON CARE WOULD BE A MORE FITTING NAME ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If i could give them 0 stars I would. Since paying almost £1,000 deposit, being told my chair would be available in 5-8 weeks and assured I'd be kept up to date along the way, we are now on week 14 of waiting, and I have not received one single update unless I have repeatedly asked for one. Do not use this company. Failed to deliver my item and did not get in contact with me after I reached out to their customer services. They have effectively robbed me.
The customer service from these after spending over 10k on a wheelchair and tri ride the wheelchair lasted 8 months before having troubles with it and now I can’t even use it and I raised the issues and they just don’t get back to you ! Absolute no after care they’re just happy to take you money and leave you be with a broken wheelchair that I need to mobilise daily………
