From the first meeting Ben inspired confidence that our bathroom renovation would be handled correctly and professionally. So it proved both he and his team were top quality at their trades. Great communication on work progress and next stages. Always arrived when they said they would and completed all the different build phases to perfection. We are so happy with the finished result and could not recommend Complete Bathroom & Tiles highly enough.

Complete bathrooms successfully completed a shower upgrade in February 2025. Compliments to the whole squad including an excellent tiler. Although we had some challenges Ben overcame all the issues to ensure the customer (me) was happy with the completed job. I would certainly hire Ben and team again.

Ben and his team did a fabulous job completely replacing our bathroom and ensuite to create two stunning shower rooms. Communication was great throughout and when a brief delay arose due to a short tile shipment, Ben offered to work late in order to complete on time. Trustworthy, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Fabulous experience. Highly recommend! Just as the company name suggests, Ben took care of everything. He coordinated plasterer, electrician and tiler and he did all the plumbing perfectly. Any issues or questions he responded to and promptly dealt with. A lovely guy, professional and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

I have used Complete Bathrooms & Tiles twice now & both times have left me amazed at the quality of their work. Ben is an excellent communicator keeping us informed throughout the full process of both bathroom refurbishments. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to have their bathroom upgraded.
