I had a sump pump project done at a rental I own on 12/10/20. The job was excellent from start to finish. From getting the quote to scheduling to completion of the job, all went very well and was top notch. The crew (Daniel and Will) was very professional, communicated well and best of all did a great job. This is the second project I had Ohio Basement Authority do and high recommend them.

When we contacted Ohio Basement Authority we had a drafty , smelly crawlspace. Ohio Basement Authority did a fantastic job on the encapsulation of our dingy, drafty and musty crawlspace. The three gentlemen Atilio, Brayan, and Jose performed the work in a timely and professional manner. They really took pride in there work. I chose this company after having about 5 different companies look at the job. ANdrew was very courteous and helpful as the salesman so I went with them. Then the workers case and were absolutely great at getting the job done, explaining things to me as they went. They had to stabalize the house with new beams and jacks and also waterproofed the entire basement.
