Atilio, Bryan and Jose were exceptional. They were fast and accurate with their work. They were polite and made sure to clean up the work site when they finished. I highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority. I had other companies quote encapsulating my crawl space but none showed the quality that OBA did.

Dry Pro did an amazing job at waterproofing our wet basement from beginning to end. Everyone I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests including scheduling. When Adan and Chinno came to do the install there was no messing around, I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. Many thanks to Ohio Basement Authority, especially Nick Fry, Zach H., and Rob S.! They worked quickly despite it snowing quite a bit and being very cold. Also thank you to Don, who did our initial consultation and answered all questions and stayed as long as needed. Everyone was very professional and kind. As a first time home owner this is very important and makes a big impression. We will return to Ohio Basement Authority if we have any future needs with our basement. Thanks everyone!

Steven arrived on time and was very thorough. He spent alot of time reviewing what needed to be done. He was not able to provide a quote same day and recommended a supervisor review. Joe came to inspect and gave me a quote. I even qualified for a repeat customer discount. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

The most professional and quality service from sales (Charlie ******* to completion of the job by Atilio and his crew Brayan and Jose. A few hours after the job is done and I can already tell a difference in the temperature, humidity and smell in our home! Can not recommend them enough!

I would 100% recommend the Ohio Basement Authority to anyone. They are knowledgeable, thorough, flexible, and truly care about their customers. Our work crew (Quandale, Brett, and Josh) were awesome! WeÂ’ve worked with lots of contractors on various home projects and I wish they all worked like these guys.

I had Foundation Systems of Michigan waterproof my basement in April 2019 and I have not had a drop of water in my basement since! Lewis and his crew showed up on time, explained everything from start to finish and was very professional. Thank you for giving me a dry basement!
