Ohio Basement Authority did my basement in 2018. Steven ********** came out recently to check my sump pump and any other issues but there were none. He answered my questions and made me feel very good about the choice I made. It's wonderful to know that he will look out for me and be there if I need him for anything. Thank you Steven!

We had a water problem in our basement in addition to several walls needing stabilized. We contacted Ohio Basement Authority and Joe Dials came to inspect, make recommendations and give us a quote. He seemed quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Will and his crew came on the scheduled days, worked steadily, and were courteous in addition to knowing exactly what to do. As part of the City of Columbus Blueprint effort I was eligible to have a sump pump installed by the Ohio Basement Authority. They scheduled a date, let me know in advance when they were showing up, and arrived and completed the installation. The workers, Thomas L., Peyton Q. and Justin L. were all very professional, answered all my questions, were respectful of my property, cleaned up after completing the work and did and excellent job which exceeded my expectations. Ohio Basement Authority installed a sump pump with dedicated electrical service and battery back-up. The connections to a dry drain in the backyard were a little tricky but the crew (T. Ludwig, P. Quier, J. Lundy and W. Hamler) did a masterful job. Very professional installation and communications with the homeowner. I would recommend them without reservation. Good job guys!

I was very pleased with the work done by Ohio Basement Authority on the craw space in my condo. The crew, Zach H., Nick F., Robert S., and Ryan R., were very professional, pleasant to have in my home, and when they left, I could not tell anyone had been in my place doing some fairly dirty work. Steven R with Ohio Basement Authority completed our annual inspection. He was very professional and courteous. He did a very thorough job with the inspection and explained all that he checked very thoroughly. Rick came a few weeks ago to give us an idea what needed to be done to stabilize out porch and patio on our home that was built in 1924. He explained and gave an estimate, a reasonable price considering everything done on homes this age seems to be astronomical. The amount he estimated was the final price, no added expenses. Today Denzel and Richard came to do the actual work. They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do and the outcome we should expect.
