Overall good experience I recently purchased a per-owned car. The sales staff was friendly and courteous, although I expected a call back the day after making an offer, and instead had to call them to follow up on my offer. The car was detailed beautifully and delivered in pristine condition. Only thing better would have been to get the car with a full tank of gas. I would still recommend this dealership as it seems most customers on this site are very happy with it.

10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation Robert Gould was our service advisor. He is so detailed and works for the customer. From the minute I drove my QX50 infinity through the service doors the safety precautions were set. I was greeted by one man and told exactly were I should go to in the service area. Quick We only went in for an oil change but Chis took great care in making sure the work was completed as quick as possible. All personnel were great to work with.
