Comprehensive overview Chris identified a service that’s normally done very 30K miles and it had been over 37K miles since I had it done. He also alerted me that I may need a new air conditioning compressor next Summer. I appreciate that he looked beyond the immediate issues for which I brought my car in.

Excellent service. Starting with my arrival I was greeted politely and the service employee quickly determined why I was there and escorted me to the waiting area. Friendly no pressure sale We were very happy with the service.when our lease was ending it was nice to see familiar faces at Competition Infinity. Vinnie Trapani the sales manager knew us as repeat customers. And Liliana Hart was our most helpful, knowledgeable sales person. All around experience I love this dealership!!!! They make sure everything is right great service department rose at the service desk always great customer service Chris service advisor awesome and Eddie I don’t know what his title is but they do free car washes and my car had berry stains on it he sat there with a rag and cleaned every spot. You want great service from car buying or leasing to service and parts this is the place for your Infiniti !!
