Easy Fast Service Great service and waiting facility even though my appointment was done quickly. Chris Capobianco spent extra time showing me how to work the headphones since they weren't working due to user error (oops).

One of the few honest dealerships My fourth Infiniti from Competition Infiniti. All of my experiences with this dealer have been excellent from sales to service! Anthony Davis is an above and beyond sales rep and Akida in finance is an excellent listener to customer concerns. This was my first experience at their new location and have to say it has a very high end feel and they have done a remarkable job in how it is staged.

Extremely helpful Today was my first time bringing my Infiniti to competition Infiniti in St James. The entire staff was very helpful and welcoming. I dealt mostly with Denise and she helped me out from start to finish. I was shocked at how fast I was in and out. I will certainly be back for all my service needs.
