Professional, seasoned, knowledgeable on all levels I didn’t come in to purchase a new vehicle but to service my existing QX60. I left with a beautiful new QX60 and the experience was more than positive. Eddie Figueroa, my Leasing Consultant, was great. He knew his product. There was no sales “pitch”. Accomdated my tight schedule and Price was great I had a concern of QX80 fitting into my garage space and Vinny Q resolved it by test driving the car to my house and making sure it was right fit. Since no haggle internet pricing was very reasonable I waited for trade in valuation and Darlene expedited the paper works to get me in the car before the mid afternoon.
