Awesome Love this dealership and the staff. Very courteous and understanding to my professional schedule and always there to accommodate me. I highly recommend competition Infiniti for all your new, used and Leasing opportunities
Perfect Everything went very smoothly from first moment of contact through to driving away with the perfect car. Stefanie kept us informed during the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable. There was not one question she could not answer, and was eager to help with absolutely anything we needed.
Excellent services, dedicated and friendly sale team This is my new Q50 ! I would like to express my sincere thank to Mr. Vincent Trapani of Competition Infiniti (587 Middle Country Rd, Saint James, NY), this is my 4th Infiniti car I got from Mr. Trapani in the last 8 years. It is very easy to do business with Vincent, he is a very dedicated hard working person, sincere and honor person, I trust him to get the best car for me.
Extremely pleased I just wanted to take a moment to thank Vanessa Caruso at Competition Infiniti. She was a delight to work with not to mention very efficient. If given the opportunity I would definitely send business her way. Thank you once again!
Business response:
Thanks so much for taking the time to share this recommendation. We're so glad that Vanessa provided you with such an efficient experience! We hope to work with you again in the future!
Genuine dealer with such kind people !!!! I highly recommend seeing Liliana if you are looking for your next car. She genuinely wants to help you get the car of your dreams, at the price you can afford! I felt no pressure on the spot when I was just looking. Overall, when I decided to lease, the process was smooth from beginning to end, and there was no changes in numbers when it came time to sign the papers. Amazing experience!!! Will definitely be going back to her for my next car.
Excellent Experience Top notch dealership Andrea Contreras made it easy great dealership great service would buy next car from same dealership will recommend to anyone looking for an infiniti
Great team at Infinity Darlene handles the financial end of a sale. She is very professional and friendly. She isn't high pressure like some finance managers at other dealerships. She gives you the facts. Easy to work with. We bought our 4th pre-owned car from Vinny Q. The service department is excellent too. What a pleasurable experience overall.
Fantastic experience Shopping for a car can be stressful and time consuming.... Not at Competition Infiniti. From the moment I walked through the door I knew I was in the right place. Polite and no pressure at all. My salesman Anthony Davis (salesman with the best hair) was a total professional. Showed me the exact car I wanted and at the best price. The staff and management team made sure that my time was a priority and walked me through the delivery process efficiently. Trent, Glen, Darlene and John also made the experienc... read more
Infiniti Q-50 Recently leased the Q-50 at Competition, Vanessa Caruso was very knowledgeable on the features of the vehicle and made the transition a smooth one. I waited til the last moment to re-lease and she was kind enough to stay late to get the deal done.
