Service I brought my I35 in for a recall and Bobby Gould was most helpful. He was low pressure, accommodating and understanding of my needs. When he called me the afternoon I brought my car in to let me know that a specific part was not in, and they wouldn't have it until the next morning, he was very easy to accommodate my need for the great loaner car I had from them. Service I been using this dealership for service since i purchase my vehicle in 2008, today i had Patrick Lerouzicas for the first time as my service rep, Very Professional, and courteous. It really doesn't matter which service rep you get or chose. with my experience with them for 9yrs they all treat you with Excellent all around Service. As long as i have my infiniti i won't go anywhere else for service.

Came in for service I like this dealership because they are efficient and trustworthy. They are always courteous and do everything that is needed and their tecs. are top notch. They also give you a loner if the work will take longer then you can wait so you have no inconvenience.
