Excellent Lease Experience I just leased a 2018 Q50 Red Sport from Competition Infiniti. I worked with Vanessa Caruso who was an excellent sales consultant. Although Competition Infiniti didn't have exactly what I wanted, Vanessa worked very hard to find and get me what I desired. She was professional, friendly, and always had on a smile. Doesn’t get any easier This is only my third visit and my first in The new building! What an excellent experience. I love how you can drive into the bay and exit your car “inside”. The new waiting area is great, very well thought out and comfortable! I worked with Nick and he was excellent. Thorough, professional and so nice to talk with! My wait was not long, and when Inmeeded additional work, a loner car was provided very quickly! Overall excellent experience

Very satisfied introduction to Infinity Entered Infinity without prior knowledge of their product, met with Vanessa Caruso and was treated with patience and professionalism. Outvstanding I brought my Q50 in for service. The service advisor Patrick Lerouzi was very helpful he got me in and out. The service advisor who got me the loaner car was outstanding also he was very polite and helpful and had everything waiting by the time I was ready to leave.
