Great Job Mo was a pleasure to work with. We had an unfortunate accident and totaled our 6 month old Infiniti and Mo was the first person we thought of for a replacement. Vanessa Caruso-True Professional Vanessa Caruso was amazing. She takes the time with you and you never feel rushed or pressured. She had a lot of patience with me. Excellent, Efficient and Easy!!! All the staff we dealt were amazing and really worked hard to make everything as easy and efficient as possible. We did everything via phone and email with Glen Alden and and Paul Matricano...we reached a deal within 5 minutes and just went in to pickup the car. First and last stop! I’ve been to many Infiniti dealerships, but there’s no competition for Competition Infiniti in St. James NY. My salesman Moe Sultan was nothing short of excellent! Very courteous. My salesman Mo was extremely courteous, patient and informative. Throughout the process, everyone was friendly and prices were reasonable. No was very knowledgeable about cars in general and was a good instructor on the high tech features. I recommend him highly and will seek him out again.
