Efficient! Akida, Very friendly and professional. Was very efficient in his knowledge and competent! Complimentary and polite! The only thing was we had to wait much longer for his assistance to finalize our financial paperwork than expected, for almost an hour after we deliberately came in early (as requested, if possible)...He was very apologetic, but timing was off and we even sat longer at his request because there was another customer who had an urgent situation.
