Many years of excellent service! Chris Capobianco provided excellent service! He carefully listened to and detailed all issues, kept us updated and was always immediately available to talk when we called. We have been a Competition Infinity customer for many years, and would not trust having our cars serviced anywhere else.

Top notch service Chris Aleman was terrific - everything was done properly and when promised. They found another problem an took care of it. This should be the model for all dealerships and Chris is the model for front line service people!

Honest with no sales tactics Recently purchased a 2016 q50 from Competition Infiniti. I was very happy with the service especially from the sale person Vincent the manager Joe and finance manager Darlene. Very professional and overall a pleasure to do business with. They gave me a great price on the car and i'm sometimes not the easiest to deal with when negotiating but they handled me well and did it in class and grace. 5 stars all around for this dealership!

Service appointment. Service advisor, Chris Capobianco, did a very good job of explaining my service options at the start and then again during the appointment when they found something that needed to be addressed. He kept me apprised on timing as he knew that I was waiting and had things to do afterwards. All in all a very good service experience.

Great intro to service team Last summer I purchased a used infiniti Q40 from competition in Smithtown. Never really returned but this week I came back for a simple inspection. The service I got from Chris Aleman was fantastic. Great honest advice on when services should be done, great communication and the service area is beautiful with snacks and coffee while you wait. You don’t just buy an infiniti for the car, you buy it for the family and service you buy into as well. I will be a regular customer.
