Great Experience! I worked with Vinny Q, and must say he is simply the best! Vinny is old school gent who will give you nothing but the truth. I bought a slightly used Q50 and the drivers side floor mat was a little worn. I called Vinny Q, no problem. He left a mat for me the next day to pick up. I also worked with Darlene with finance. She is also very easy to work with and will do her best for you. There was no BS over there and everything was handled in a straight forward manner!

Quick Service, Clean, Quiet and Comfortable Waiting Area Seamless. I pull my car into the service bay, sign in and get to enjoy Starbucks coffee and do a bit of work from my mobile phone the waiting area until the service is complete. The complimentary vehicle cleaning is a wonderful add-on. The service team is always knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent customer service Second time in a year plus buying a car from this salesman and this dealership, Competition Infiniti in Smithtown, NY. Saleman was Ed Figueroa and he went out of his way to satisfy me and got me a great car at a great price. Would definitely recommend! Darlene was fabulous as well!
