Quick Service, Clean, Quiet and Comfortable Waiting Area Seamless. I pull my car into the service bay, sign in and get to enjoy Starbucks coffee and do a bit of work from my mobile phone the waiting area until the service is complete. The complimentary vehicle cleaning is a wonderful add-on. The service team is always knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent customer service Second time in a year plus buying a car from this salesman and this dealership, Competition Infiniti in Smithtown, NY. Chris Aleman is the best Service Manager I’m currently the owner of an Infiniti coupe and I must say that Competition Infiniti is ahead of the competition. The service manager Chris Aleman always delivers on quality service. Chris has helped me on multiple occasions and he always makes sure I’m taken care of and that I don’t have to worry about anything that I might have forgotten.
