Robert Gould took care of problem. The repair was perfect. The vehicle was taken in on time, a loaner was ready and the repair came out perfect. I can't ask for more than that.

Purchase of Pre-owned Q70 Purchased a pre-owned Q70 from Competition Infiniti, Vinny Q and Akida White. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Vinny was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We spend a great deal of time considering the various options on each vehicle that I was considering. After deciding which Q70 I wanted to purchase, Akida White couldn't have made the sales process any easier. Excellent experience from an excellent dealership. These two individuals exemplify the quality of Infiniti.

Quick and easy Arrived for oil change service & NYS inspection, and was greeted and signed in by Damian (didn’t get his surname). Chris (last name?) came to the waiting area, reviewed my work order for signature, and went off to ‘get ‘er done’ (my words). After a short wait, he returned to tell me my service was completed and I was ready to go. Champion Paul is a true champion in this field. He has perfected customer sales and service to an art form. Instantly when we met I knew I was in good hands. He knew everything about the car I was interested in. He anticipated the questions I was going to ask and was well prepared. He took his time with me and made me feel important and didn’t treat me like another sale. He could teach other salespeople how it’s done. Phenomenal service I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I planned on getting a loaner car. I asked Damian how long it would take and he said, “I can have you out of here in no more than an hour”. I couldn’t see taking a loaner car for an hour so I waited. Well, true to his word, the car was ready, yes with a complimentary wash in about 45 minutes. He came and told me I could use a rear wiper, but I declined and ordered one on Amazon. Great Experience! I worked with Vinny Q, and must say he is simply the best! Vinny is old school gent who will give you nothing but the truth. I bought a slightly used Q50 and the drivers side floor mat was a little worn. I called Vinny Q, no problem. He left a mat for me the next day to pick up. I also worked with Darlene with finance. She is also very easy to work with and will do her best for you. There was no BS over there and everything was handled in a straight forward manner!
