Phenomenal. Great people who genuinely care about your success. I had trained in other well known programs before coming to Compete and there is no comparison. The Compete staff know everything about you and your athletic goals, and will not only give you the tools to succeed (nutrition, strength program, flexibility, life habits, etc.), but hold you accountable to use them.
By far the best gym to grow and improve as an athlete and as a person. I play hockey and without this gym, Joe, Dean, and the compete staff I wouldn't be where a I am today nor would I believe my goals are attainable.
I've been working out at Compete for three years now and it has been an incredible experience. Joe and the rest of the guys do an amazing job in helping you achieve your athletic goals and they elevate your game to a whole different level. Best gym around.

Joe Drain has been a friend and mentor to me for the past 6 years. He is one of the most hardworking guys I know and he does it with a level of enthusiasm that cannot be matched. He gives everything he has to any athlete that walks in the door. If you're willing to improve as an athlete Joe will get you there. Oh and Dean is pretty cool too, shout out to Dean.
I've been training with Joe since my junior year of high school. Within a single session of training with Joe, and the rest of the Compete Staff, you realize it's about so much more than just working out and getting ripped (don't get me wrong, it's definitely about that too).
