I started training at Compete a couple of years ago when they were located in Canton, MA. Joe and his staff has done an amazing job in transforming and training talented and dedicated athletes. They have pushed me and all of their athletes to be the best we can be. Compete is not only a gym but an atmosphere filled with family, friendships and good times. Compete is the by far the best gym I have trained at. These guys are truly the best at developing athletes and no just how hard to push their clients but also coach character. Great overall atmosphere in the gym, healthy, clean environment.
The staff is nice and well educated. The program is a great balance between strength, nutrition, and injury prevention. The facilities have all the equipment necessary to improve your game as well as strength and conditioning. I felt comfortable around the staff and I've never been pushed harder in my life. 10/10 would recommend to anyone of any age.
Compete really goes all out when it comes to helping their athletes prepare for the next level of competition. I have yet to find any workout facility or program which has helped me grow as an athlete as much as Compete has. I am extremely excited to continue working with them in the coming years.
I started training at Compete this summer in order to become a better lacrosse player, simple as that. With the summer coming to an end and the fall season approaching, I strongly believe that i'm coming out a better man - in all aspects of the word - and a lean 7 lbs heavier.
Anyone willing to put the work in is going to uplift their body, mind, and spirit. Joe always sets a perfect atmosphere and example for his athletes of all ages. The guy is a beast. Miss it, wish I could be in there right now. Training with the boys was elite and in my eyes it is worth every penny with a goon like Joe.
Been training with Compete for about three years now and this place has come such a long way. Its not only equipped with the newest facilities in the Mass area, but its staff is second to none. These guys get better everyday always learning and studying the latest knowledge to preach to their athletes whether it's in lifting weights, flexibilty, or nutrition.
