Compete really showed me the ins and outs of being an athlete. There is much more than just lifting weights and I was never fully taught that prior to joining. Fantastic staff. Fantastic staff dogs as well.

Compete's amazing staff will be noticed as soon as you step foot into the building. Great facilities as well as great training space

My mom and I have trained at Compete SC for a few years now and we can always count on the staff to be energetic, engaging, and encouraging. I’ve personally learned to be a stronger and safer athlete thanks to their awesome training programs, and have learned how to train effectively while I’m away from the Compete gym. They are the best of the best!

I started with compete this past summer and had an awesome experience. Hands down best place I've ever worked out at. Joe and his staff know exactly how to get the most out of each and every one of their athletes while creating a fun and competitive environment.

Compete SC is the best thing that ever happened to me athletically. Despite being a division 1 football player for 4 year I have never experienced a more intensive, challenging, or rewarding workout program than at Compete. Over my 4 years at Compete I have put on 40 pounds of muscle, and hundreds of pounds on my bench, squat and clean exercises. The best part about Compete is the family environment and individualized attention each athlete receives based on their sport, injury history etc. I am constantly challenged and pus... read more

I've been training with Joe and his staff for 3 years and there is no better place in Massachusetts if you are looking to develop as an athlete. There is a family atmosphere and everyone is constantly pushing one another to not only become better athletes, but better people off the field.

I have been going to Compete for a little over two years. They have helped me to safely work my way back from injuries and have motivated and supported my goals to become the best athlete I can be.
