I have worked with Julie for around a year now and she is an amazing therapist, I immediately felt at ease at my first session and we have since been able to work through things very well together. I feel like I have a much more positive outlook on my life now moving forward thanks to our sessions. I would highly recommend Julie, she has helped me massively.
Julie is a fantastic therapist who gently helped me through a difficult time with so much care and compassion. Schema therapy was new to me but she guided me through the process in a way that made everything click.
