Miranda’s Pilates classes are brilliant! She teaches in a very natural and accessible way, rooted in deep anatomical expertise, understanding and care for her students. Her lightness and positivity make it fun, too. I feel great afterwards.
Miranda’s new ‘Melt’ Pilates class on Tuesday evenings is a revelation! It reaches all those small muscles you didn’t even realize needed stretching. The perfect way to ease into your evening & prepare for restful sleep.
I have been to two classes with Miranda, I knew it wasn't going to be easy as i have lower back & shoulder issues. Miranda has been amazingly patient with me and has given me so much encouragement. I have been amazed at the positions i get myself in!! Throughout the lessons i can feel myself move much more easily and using the massage balls at the end of the session is an absolute delight. I am surprised how much i enjoy these classes. Thank you Miranda. x
I decided to join Miranda's Pilates classes as I know how passionate she is about helping the body move well. I'm peri menopausal and am finding I'm stiffening up and have a few issues that time has presented to me. I find the core strength I'm gaining from the classes useful in everyday life and the way Miranda teaches really informative and fun. Thanks Miranda x
