The team were fantastic in arranging a replacement car while mine was being fixed. The insurance company forgot to let Compass know when I dropped my car off to be fixed, so I had to wait a little bit. But this was out of Compass’ control. Compass organised an Uber to get me home, where they arranged to deliver the replacement car. They upgraded me too for the inconvenience, which again was out of their control. I was recommended to Compass by our repairer as I wasn’t satisfied with the like for like vehicle that my insurance provided. Compass drove a brand new Electric vehicle with two kids car seats from Sydney within 24 hours of me putting a request. The driver dropped the car in my driveway and after I signed the paperwork he was off in an Uber.
