Very disappointed. I drive a mazda cx30 and work in disabilty. I transport clients allot. Car has broken rear wiper do couldn't clean it. . Warning light came on whilst transporting a client. Called 1300 number but could only leave a msg. This was urgent as I also noticed a screw and large crack on the rear tyre. 45 minutes until a call was received. No direct number to branch. Great customer experience…i called them to get a car replacement and within 3 hours the car was delivered to my address… Not sure who answered the phone but he was very helpful and Richard who delivered the car was extremely friendly and professional
