Visited today for a routine claw clip. Cannot fault the veterinary team, however the 2 ladies on reception were both moody. On arrival and departure they both ignored me for some time. When they did get around to speaking to me it wasn't a warm welcome, they were both rude. I was glad to get out of there.

After being with this vets for many years, sadly in the end these showed no compassion and only seem to be after money. Never get to see the same vet more than once as many come and go! Have changed to a different vets and it's unbelievable how much more care and compassion was shown. Even down to payment.
