The price are very expensive! And everything they add on keeps the price adding up. Also the staff behind the counter are not very professional, maybe some basic customer service training wouldn't go a miss
Terrible, horrible and very unreliable. Booked an appointment on 27/12 for 02/01 for my puppy’s health check and initial vaccine. Got called on the day to be told the vet called in sick. Explained that I cannot come in any other day because I had to take the day off work for this specific vet visit. I Was given my initial appointment back, but the vet didn’t explain anything to me, didn’t ask if my puppy is eating alright or what she’s eating, had to ask all questions (my puppy is 10 weeks old), didn’t even ask me if my pupp... read more

For the times that I have been with my dog the experience has always been good, the receptionists have been very helpful on every occasion. George has been very helpful and understanding with regards to the needs of my dog. The only downside is the costs.
The only reason I’m not giving this vets 4 stars is because one of the receptionists is incredibly rude with ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS.! She is quite slender with a monotone voice and a hard bitter face. Why oh why this lovely vets has this woman working as a receptionist is beyond me. All the other receptionists are absolutely lovely and welcoming. And the vets are AMAZING. I would 💯 recommend this vets. Hopefully they have got rid of misery head by the time you go. But as I said, everyone else there is lovely..
