Took my cat to the vet recently and had a really good experience.Everyone was super kind and patient ,and they treat my cat really gently.The vet explained things in a way that was easy to understand,and I felt like my cat was in good hands.She is doing a lot better now.Definitely happy with the care we got!
I brought my dog lassie in and the customer service from joana at the front desk was amazing she was very caring and helpful from supporting me to bring the dog in and getting everything sorted very efficiently. Nadya was also very clear and understanding with everything and explained wham was needed very thoroughly. I was really happy with the service. Thank you

I have been with Pets At Home Enfield for over 3 years now and after so mamy complications with them over the years, this one situation has tipped me over the edge. My younger cat who is now 2 had been diagnosed with Liver disease when she was just a couple of months old and since then has been on medication everyday and a veterinary diet. I come here all the time and they take care of my dog so well and they are so caring. The service for this place has only been going up throughout the years. Definetly would recommend this vets just because the way they treat you and your dog is amazing
