Really good company, I have ordered a lift & have been kept informed as to what is happening, I'm hopefully having it fitted 23rd September. A quote is given & then survey is done & maybe extra costs, but the only fault I can find is that with extra costs a asbestos check is needed, & of course extra, but I've been told that every property built before 2000 needs this survey, so the question 'of when wasn't the property built' should be asked & then this will be included in the initial quote, which will be agreed to & not a ... read more

Would recommend. Process from first sales/quote meeting to install easy and performed without fuss. Fully explained and demonstrated and stairlift has already made a huge difference to my husband. Wish we had done it sooner
