Best banking institution ever! Always good service and they profit share too. Love them!
No better than a bank. A late direct deposit caused my checking account to go into the negative $1. They charged a $28 fee rather than transferring the needed funds from my savings account. I don't foresee being a member much longer.
Went to the branch on 95th. Worst customer service ever. Tried to deposit a check and was told the shared branch's system was down.. which it wasn't and Bailee the teller proceeded to shove my check in my face and said she couldn't cash it. Never ever looked at me and was so rude. Will never go to any of the branches or open up an account.
CommunityAmerica hands down knows how to treat their members! Such an awesome credit union who offers wonderful service.
