Well I figured out why you have to have so many debt card transactions to earn 4% on savings account now so they can pay for their Chiefs tickets and commercials. Very disappointed
I have haf nothing but problems since I opened accounts, direct deposits aren't deposited until the day after their deposit date, yet your systems are automated. Thanks for ruining my day....assholes.

I want, actually NEED, to thank Juan Pablo and Bob at the Olathe 7hwy and Santa Fe branch for their above and beyond service yesterday morning. We scheduled a closing that was supposed to have been performed by a mobile notary in their branch. At the last minute, the mobile notary called in sick. Rather than having to reschedule the closing, Juan Pablo spoke with the title company and performed the closing, page by page, himself.
