CommunityAmerica’s been great in the past, but this was just unacceptable. I lost my bank card a couple weeks ago and requested a new one. I even paid extra to have it expedited and received in three days. I waited nine days and it never came. I called once (yesterday) and they said they didn’t have the tracking information so to wait another day for it. I called today and they said the card had actually never shipped at all. Switching to Community America is one of the best decisions we ever made. I like knowing that as a credit union you actually work for me. Your customer service is also great. Nothing is ever a hassle or a big deal like it was at our old bank.
The worst people to deal with. Mandy Spears and another guy by the name of Brett have been giving my daughter the run around with her annuity from my grandparents and I've been fighting with them regarding paper work that I sent in for my kids. They are rude and have done nothing to help resolve. They won't even send new paper work if it needs to be done. Their response in getting back to people is ridiculous. I'm ready to talk to an attorney over this, it's been going on for months. And I'm not even in the same state.
Best Credit Union I know. I won't go anywhere else!
Several easy to reach locations and great customer service! Plus a yearly pay out on their profit sharing makes this a win win!!
They helped my daughter get her car, they worked with her and I even during rough moments.
They have been great to work with. We've had two car loans with them. We have a credit card with them.
