I was sorely disappointed when i learned that my '4% savings account' was cheating me 2 cents every month. I think honesty and integrity is so important. And a marketing campaign that tells us 4% but is 2 cents short every month, is not 4%. This is called a lying, not marketing. CACU, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Just had some fraudulent charges on my card that I didint know about. They emailed me and while I was reading it got a call. Disputed the charges and the lady will be taking care of it! Slight inconvenience that I won’t have a debit card till I can head to my local branch but still this is some my old bank didint do (which is why I left) THANK YOU!

I would like to commend the Community America in Raytown HyVee. I made three visits to Community America when I needed to get some money to family in a hurry. My first trip was to the one at 76th and State Line. They were less than helpful and the young, blonde woman I spoke to had an attitude. I went to the one in Raytown and, even though she said pretty much the same thing, you could tell she was really wishing she could help. CommunityAmerica Credit Union was awesome notifying us of fraud on one of our accounts - and more importantly getting our account refunded quickly. Less than a week from the transactions attempts to new cards & restored account. <3 Our Credit Union.
Worst credit union I've ever dealt with. They are rude and the customer service is terrible. I do not recommend going to them and having them handle your money. Especially the community America off of black bob road. There is an older lady there who is blonde who is ridiculously rude, even though I was just asking questions about my account. She gave me false information That I was told later the next time I went in. If you like to be treated awful and sit on hold for 30 minutes then this is the place for you. �
