We refinanced our home with Community America about three years ago. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, professional and helpful. One of the best refinancing experiences we had ever had in our 40+ years of owning homes in different cities. After the refinance was done the then set up a Home Equity Line of credit and then refinanced our automobile loan at a very reasonable rate. All this was accomplished with no muss of fuss. The best bank I ever bank with since I moved from California 17 year's ago started with a car Loan. Check and savings account I Cancel my account with the other Bank due to bad service I will continue with this bank I travel a lot. And I like the fact that I don't have to call. If is on issue with my card or is used outside the USA.great customer service

CommunityAmerica Credit Union is a great place to do business. I had my money in the Johnson County Credit Union before moving a few years ago to this one. At the Jo. Co Union, they were so rude to disinterested all the time. They acted like you were a pain for coming in to deposit your money. Community America is sooooo friendly and have always gone the extra mile to take care of anything that I needed. I really need to close out some other accounts I have elsewhere and move them here. It is a pleasure to go to this bank.

I love being a member of Cacu. I have been a member for over 15 years. I mostly go to the same branch and I always feel like family. Everyone that works at Cacu are very friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and they know my name. That is very important to me. They have so many amenities to offer. I especially love online banking.
