Was member of old TWA Credit Union, so returning home after being away for several years. Lindsey Schreimann at the Rice Road branch, and loan team, was great in helping with a Home Equity Line of Credit. And, special Thanks to my friend Bob Glaser. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Will be taking advantage of other services in the future.
I recently set up my account with Daniel at the Blue Parkway location in Lee’s Summit. I had an account with my previous bank since I was about 16 years old. I was recommended to look into Community America by my family. Daniel did an amazing job by walking me through all of my options and making me feel very comfortable!

Been a member for almost 30 years and live in El Dorado Arkansas, have done 100% of my banking online or on the phone as I am 500 miles from the nearest branch. Have never visited a branch but have always received very good service. Me and my wife opened our accounts yesterday, we heard so many good things and yesterday went so easy and they are super nice, thank you Community America
CACU has been great until yesterday. I refinanced my old vehicle with them and ended up trading it in for a new vehicle. The finance manager called for my payoff and the rep said he could not obtain that info and I had to personally call in to get the exact amount which was no problem. I called back and requested the payoff amount and had the rep on speaker for the finance manager of the dealership. I would have to say they are the best credit union. They have wonderful staff at all there locations. I have been to many of the locations and the people are always so kind and very personable they make you feel like your family. I would not suggest anyone to go to any other credit union.
