Super sweet and polite staff. The office is so clean as well! Dr. Cooke is kind and professional, and doesn't rush the process like some doctors do making you feel like a number. The wait wasn't long at all. I will definitely go back for any of my families urgent care needs!
This offices treated me so rude today after trying to charge me extra for the last three visit. When I ask them for proof they refuse. Im not going to continue to pay extra without documentation. So I requested a corporate number to complain and the office manager told me not come back. I have two insurance so I never owe a co payment. I have never beem rude and think this was a case of racial profiling.
I went here yesterday because my son, Jordan Traweek, highly recommended them. He was absolutely right. Now I highly recommend them, too!
I love this office. They are friendly and I never have to wait long. :)
