I have found my new primary care physician in Dr. Cooke. Staff is excellent, they listen to you.
First visit yesterday and Dr. Cooke along with his staff were so courteous and met my needs in a very timely manner. Two shots and a RX later and feeling so much better!!! Thank you and so glad to have Community Urgent Care of Fultondale and their staff!!! We needed this in our area!

Great to have a facility close by. My brother, who is on blood thinner, cut himself yesterday. I basically can't handle the sight of blood so I wasn't much help. Contacted his doctor and was told to take him to the ER or an Urgent Care facility. Since this was the closest, it was my choice. Very impressed with them and will definitely go back when needed.
I have had the opportunity to see these guys twice in the last few months.... Each time I've been in, Dr Cooke took very good care of me.... Got me in and out quickly and on the mend..... This is absolutely my "go to" spot when I need a Dr.... Thanks for taking such great care of me today guys! Hope the weekend is kind to you.
