Had the WORST experience EVER. Went to get a simple oil change. While there service consultant said I needed a new battery ASAP it tested bad. I told him I got it not even three months ago so I still have warranty where I bought it. Ok. Checked out drove straight home. Had called my husband and when he got home he opened the hood turns out whoever serviced my car didn’t care to tighten bolts to the battery or even fasten my battery 🔋for that matter.
