Community Toyota has the most corrupt service department I’ve ever experienced. From employees letting their buddies have filters from my maintenance contract, to them trying to scare my wife into a front brake job eight months after I did it myself. And then there’s the “You need an air filter and cabin air filter”. Till they find out we have a maintenance contract, then it’s “we’ll change it on the next visit.” Either it needs it or it doesn’t!!!! After trying several dealerships and was turned down I was at my giving up stage. I received a call from Jennifer I told her I’m just going to wait I then started to tell her the reasons. Jennifer told me well I can help you I’m sure that our finance guy Carlos can get it done. Well I’m here to tell y’all that I now have my 2020 Camry SE sport as of August 15, 2020. They was very patient and helpful to make sure that I got a vehicle thank you Jennifer and Carlos.
sercivice magr Juan Flores was so professional and attentive Work got done in a timely matter. Went above and beyond ck if my air bag was one on recall which it was had it done as well.
