Went to look at trading in my brand new 2020 Chevrolet 2500HD High Country Deluxe 4x4 with only 7,000 miles on it for another truck and the appraiser kept sending the salesman back and forth outside and never once came and looked at, much less, drove my truck and gave me an insulting quote on trade in!! Salesman kept apologizing and said the appraisal said it’s to hot outside and didn’t want to leave the A/C.

I wouldnt recommend them , my daughter just bought a brand new 2020 Camry from thos location. They haven't had it two weeks and shes had to take it back twice because of problems. At this moment they have had her sitting and waiting for almost 4hrs with a 3yr old and this is the 2nd time she has had to sit and wait with a small child. You would think they would give her a loaner car. Very dissatisfied with this dealership.
Went to replace a weird bolt that came off my wife’s Camry. Rear side skirt molding pop in screw. 2 nd time this happened. Ben made it so easy will definitely recommend Community Toyota.
